If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 3 days upon delivery of item so that we can help make things right.
If your purchase arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours. You must retain the original shipping box/package and all packing materials. Photos showing damage will be needed to file an insurance claim.
Returned items must be in their original condition and should be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. Refunds will be decided on a case by case basis.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 2 weeks of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection you should ship using an insured option.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
